- 1 large head of cabbage
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup rice
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Chop the cabbage into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, rice, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Layer half of the chopped cabbage in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Spread the meat mixture over the cabbage.
- Top with the remaining cabbage.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the meat is cooked through and the cabbage is tender.
