  • 1 pound green beans
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and trim the green beans.
  2. In a large pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. In the same pan, add olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  4. Add the green beans and chicken ham, cooking for a few minutes.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cover and simmer until the green beans are tender.
  7. Stir in the chopped turkey bacon before serving.

Notes

  • For a smoky flavor, use smoked turkey bacon.
