4 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, maple syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
Top with mini marshmallows.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
Notes
