  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, maple syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Top with mini marshmallows.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
