A hearty and comforting dish that combines spaghetti with turkey bacon for a delicious twist on a classic favorite.

  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  3. In a frying pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, marinara sauce, crumbled bacon, mozzarella cheese, eggs, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and sautéed onion.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add sautéed bell peppers or garlic.
