  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 green onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sriracha, and soy sauce.
  4. Flake the cooked salmon and mix it with the spicy mayo mixture.
