SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE WONTON CUPS

Delight your guests with these easy and flavorful spinach and artichoke wonton cups, the perfect appetizer for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 cup canned artichokes, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 package wonton wrappers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  3. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray and place one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, gently pressing to shape.
  4. Fill each wrapper with the spinach and artichoke mixture.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the wontons are golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
