Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs and let them cool.
  2. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and mix with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and crumbled turkey bacon.
  4. Pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
