Instructions

  1. Wash and boil the potatoes until fork-tender, then drain and cool.
  2. Once cool, peel and chop the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
