  • 1 pound sirloin steak
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Season the steak with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove the steak and let it rest before slicing.
