Texas Roadhouse-Style Baked Salmon

A deliciously juicy twist on the classic baked salmon dish, inspired by Texas Roadhouse.

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Wrap each salmon fillet with two strips of turkey bacon.
  4. Place the wrapped salmon on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the salmon.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add cayenne pepper to the seasoning mix.
  • Adjust the cooking time based on the thickness of the salmon fillets.
