Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in the pan skin-side down.
  3. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove the salmon and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant, then add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian herbs.
  6. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly, then stir in spinach until wilted.
  7. Return the salmon to the pan, spoon the sauce over it, and cook for an additional minute.
