- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
