2 ripe bananas
1 cup almond milk
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
Add almond milk and maple syrup to the mashed bananas and mix well.
In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Notes
For extra banana flavor, add sliced bananas on top of the pancakes while cooking.
