Vegan Black Bean Burger | Easy Veggie Burgers

Delicious and easy vegan black bean burgers that everyone can enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or stovetop pan over medium heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the black beans with a fork until mostly smooth.
  3. Add in breadcrumbs, chopped onion, garlic, cumin, salt, pepper, olive oil, soy sauce, and ketchup; stir until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into patties.
  5. Cook on the grill or in the pan for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  6. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
