  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup button mushrooms, chopped

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
  2. Add olive oil, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Sauté until soft.
  3. Stir in the mushrooms and cook until browned.
  4. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned and cooked through.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
  6. Season with thyme, salt, and pepper.
  7. Simmer for about 10 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
  8. Stir in the crumbled turkey bacon and Parmesan cheese before serving.
