Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix buttermilk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and pour scoopfuls of batter onto the skillet.
  5. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and brown the other side.
  6. In a separate pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  7. Serve pancakes warm with crispy turkey bacon on the side.

Notes
