Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls Recipe

A delicious twist on classic lasagna using creamy Alfredo sauce and tender chicken.

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread some Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Place a lasagna noodle on a clean surface, add a scoop of the chicken mixture, and roll it up tightly.
  6. Place the rolled noodle seam-side down in the baking dish.
  7. Repeat with the remaining noodles and filling.
  8. Top with remaining Alfredo sauce and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  10. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider mixing in spinach or herbs into the cheese mixture.
  • You can use store-bought Alfredo sauce or make your own for a fresher taste.
