  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 4 slices turkey bacon

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. Meanwhile, cook turkey bacon in a separate pan until crispy.
  7. Serve pancakes with crispy turkey bacon on the side.

Notes
