Ingredients

  • 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup kimchi, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 8 slices provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced steak and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in kimchi, soy sauce, onion, and bell pepper.
  4. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  5. Toast hoagie rolls and fill with steak mixture.
  6. Top with provolone cheese and melt under the broiler.

Notes
